Regular ZOOM Yoga Classes!

At this time, our only in-person yoga class is Monday at the Park, however we do offer Regular Live classes via ZOOM. The classes are available on:

Tuesday at 9:30 am
Tuesday at 5:45 pm
Thursday at 9:30 am
Saturday at 9:00 am

Are You Ready to "Fall Back" into Yoga:

This weekend we set the clocks back, Fall has begun and we are quickly approaching the Holiday Season. Take an hour for yourself to quiet your mind and "de-stress" by joining us for Zoom Yoga in the comfort of your own home! Currently we are offering Monthly Class Packages or Daily Drop In Rates:

Class Registration is available via Eventbrite (https://www.eventbrite.com/e/179181686247) only. Please register and pay online to receive your Zoom Link to classes. Drop in sales must be purchased in advance (ticket sales close 2 hours prior to class start). If you need assistance with registration please contact the studio via email!
