For twenty five years, ASC has been a place where meaningful connections, compassionate care, and unforgettable moments shape every day. To celebrate this milestone, we asked our residents and team members to finish the phrase “ASC is…” and share the first thing that comes to mind.

Congratulations Courtney Keller, QMA, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.

Arbor Grove Village is delighted to celebrate Courtney Keller, QMA, as our esteemed 2025 Quest for Excellence winner. Since joining us in 2013, Courtney has worked in dietary, activities, housekeeping, scheduling coordinator, and now nursing. Her unwavering commitment to providing excellent care shows in everything she does. At a very young age, Courtney was titled as a “natural caregiver” - a characteristic that makes her a star employee.

Courtney was raised by a single mom that suffered from many health issues. She helped with the care of her mother as well as her grandmother throughout her young life, and those moments led her into the field. She takes the extra time to build meaningful relationships, connecting on a personal level with each of the residents in her care.

Courtney has been married for 19 years and has four sons and one granddaughter. She loves spending time with her family. One of her favorite pastimes is going to concerts, saying the music, “moves her soul.”

We are deeply grateful for the genuine love and compassion Courtney brings to everyone, and she is an inspiration to the entire Arbor Grove Village family. A nurse supervisor said, “Courtney is an outstanding employee whose strong work ethic and dedication ensures every resident is happy and well taken care of. She is an inspiring person that will give you the shirt off her back.”

We are truly blessed to have Courtney as part of our team, and we extend a well-deserved congratulations to her on this special occasion.
