Last week, we shared photos from our Second Annual Veterans’ Grave Cleaning Event at Delmont Presbyterian Church and promised to come back with updated pictures after the treatments had time to work… and wow. 🇺🇸✨

In just one week, these historic headstones are already looking brighter, cleaner, and more restored and they’ll continue improving even more over the next several weeks as the treatments keep working over time.

We’re so grateful to everyone who volunteered their time to help honor local veterans and preserve a meaningful piece of our community’s history ahead of Memorial Day weekend. ❤️

Thank you again to everyone who joined us, supported the event, and helped make such a lasting impact.

We’ll see you at the next one! 💛

Not all strokes come with obvious warning signs. Silent strokes and TIAs, or mini strokes, can happen without you even knowing, but both carry serious risks.

This month, we're helping you understand the signs to watch for, because awareness is the first step toward protection. Watch our latest reel to learn more. 🧠💙

Coming home after hospitalization for a stroke is a significant milestone, but the transition can feel overwhelming for both survivors and their families.

That's where we come in. Senior Helpers' Return Home program is designed to support stroke survivors as they transition back to the comfort and familiarity of home. From personal care and medication reminders to mobility assistance and companionship, our caregivers are there every step of the way.

Because recovery doesn't end at discharge. It begins at home. 💜

Nothing means more to us than knowing our clients and their families feel supported, especially during life's most challenging moments. 💜

"I can't say enough good things about your services. I'm truly thankful for everything Senior Helpers has done for my father-in-law. We live out of state and he has no one close by, so you've all been a Godsend in helping him after his stroke."

Many stroke patients look like they're doing well—but still struggle at home. Our latest piece highlights cognitive fatigue, which affects up to 70% of survivors. It impacts memory, attention, and decision-making—not just energy. This often leads to frustration for families who don't expect it. If you're seeing patients who seem "fine" but aren't functioning well at home, I'd be glad to help support that transition.
