❄️ Stay Safe in the Snow! ❄️

The BIG Snow Storm is predicted to hit and although it can be very pretty, snow can be tough on your body—especially when shoveling. Here are a few tips to stay safe and prevent injury:

🔹 Warm Up First: Treat shoveling like a workout—stretch and warm up to avoid straining your muscles.
🔹 Lift Smart: Bend your knees, keep your back straight, and lift with your legs. Avoid twisting your body.
🔹 Take Breaks: Shoveling is hard work. Pause frequently to give your body a rest and stay hydrated.
🔹 Push, Don’t Lift: When possible, push the snow instead of lifting it to reduce stress on your back.
