July is National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month.

In this episode of the Just Say Something podcast, CEO Phil Clark is getting real about why awareness isn’t enough. It’s time for action.

Phil talks about the cultural stigma that keeps people from asking for help, why therapy and faith can work together, and how we can all support mental health in our families and communities.

✨🥦 Thank you for joining us at our nutrition workshop! 🥦✨

It was such a joy to share this space with our Latino community and see so many amazing moms committed to their family’s well-being. 💛

A huge thank you to for making this event possible, and to our wonderful nutritionist Nathalie Richard for her guidance, warmth, and care toward every mom who attended today. 🙌🏽

This workshop was a beautiful opportunity to learn together and make healthy habits a daily gift for our children.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Parenting Wisely in Action! 🛡️💙

This week in our Parenting Wisely class, offered in Spanish for our Latino community, we focused on a powerful topic: safety, security, and drug prevention, all essential for protecting our little ones.

Big thanks to Stacey Ashmore and William Guarecuco for leading this important conversation and helping our parents better understand how to create safe environments at home and in their communities. 🙌

These classes are about more than parenting, they’re about empowering families and building stronger futures together. 💬✨
