With 15 years of experience in the fitness world and 7 years coaching wrestling, Pat brings a deeper understanding to the gym. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve your technique, or just get moving, he’s here to make sure you get the most out of your workouts. As a former gym owner, he’s seen it all – and he’s all about helping others achieve their fitness goals, one rep at a time.

When Pat’s not coaching, you’ll probably find him on a mission to adopt more dogs or savoring a slice of pizza. A former collegiate wrestler, he knows firsthand what it takes to push through tough training, and he’s all about bringing that energy to help you live a healthier, happier life.
