Did you know:
If you have a pacemaker, you can put it in your Will to have your pacemaker donated to a dog in need after you pass. Pacemakers cannot be donated to another human, but they can be donated to dogs with cardiac issues who would depend on it to stay alive.
You can have the pacemaker brought to a vet of your choice. So many of those get thrown away and dogs die because people don't know they can do this. It even saves the dog's owner the cost of the actual pacemaker which sometimes means the difference in being able to afford lifesaving treatment or not.

We hired someone recently that was working at another company. When discussing salary, we were shocked at the low salary she asked for. It was clear the other company did not value her. So, we made her an offer that was 50% higher than what she wanted.

Yes, we could have just given her the salary she asked for. But we know what she is really worth and we want her to stay with us.
Remember this:

It will cost you more to replace top talent than it would have cost you to keep them.
Pay people what they are worth.

🔊If everyone wants to get money that's in professional mode, it's not about how much content (like how much you're posting) you put out or your reach.

▪️When you keep posting, people start commenting on that; so people start bouncing from one thing you post to another so you're not getting enough comments per post.

◼️So, make one post like this right here and everybody that is connected with you does nothing but comment on this post right here. That's how you run it up.

▪️If you want to comment hard on other stuff that I post that's fine as well, but the main key is if everybody makes this same post that I'm making right here.

◼️Explaining the situation and 40 or 50 of us get together every day and post on it about 5 to 10 times a piece each on each other's page, that's running it up!

▪️That's because you're overdoing it and it's called shadowing. Facebook starts to think your account is fake. It's over excessive and you start catching restrictions and stuff like that. It only takes one post, really. Yeah, everybody wants to make something cool that would go viral, but all you have to do is do this right here explain what I'm explaining right here.
