Did you know.. all of our movement classes are booked through the Jane App and once booked, if you 'Subscribe to your Calendar' in your account, they will populate right into your Google Calendar or iCal! I love this feature to stay organized when things get busy!

Sign up now!! Restorative Yoga is a class like no other! Trust me, you need to go! All levels of yoga ability welcome

TWO DAYS!❤️ Join me for my first Restorative Yoga class back since returning from maternity leave. This Sunday at 5pm. This class is suitable for all levels, and is a great way to end your weekend in a blissful state✨ Poses supported with bolsters, blocks and blankets where we move slowly through each pose, fully allowing both your mind and body to relax to allow your soul to speak. Restorative yoga was the first yoga class I ever took and felt connected with. So please do yourself a favor and try something new, because you will truly never know how it may effect you until you just do the damn thing 💜💜💜
