I don’t fix you.
I don’t label you.
And I definitely don’t own your healing.

I inform, empower, and support — until you see, feel, and trust
that your breath, your body, and your awareness have been guiding you all along.

This work is about agency.
About learning how to listen.
About realizing you don’t need a diagnosis to begin — you need curiosity, consistency, and courage.

Because when you discover how your system works, change stops feeling overwhelming and starts feeling inevitable.

You are not behind.
You are right on time.

Here to help you breathe + be.

BREATHE + BE: Functional Breathwork, Somatic Work, Meditation with

NEW IN-PERSON EVENT

This practice invites you to discover your airway architecture, listen to what your breath is telling you, and build a breathwork practice that is specific to your body.

In this 90-minute, grounding and instructional experience, we’ll weave together functional breathwork, somatic integration, and meditation to support:

• healthy airway mechanics
• nasal breathing and tongue rest posture
• nervous system regulation
• embodied awareness you can take into daily life

This is not about forcing the breath.

It’s about understanding it, supporting it, and letting it work for you.

You will never be able to convince me that breathing patterns + orofacial musculature aren’t connected to your health.

I existed as a mouth breather for 30+ years.
Now I’m living authentically as a mostly nasal breather, with a tongue that lives sealed to the roof of my mouth — day + night.

The first picture is me in May 2015, one month after starting rehab for a decade-long Adderall addiction.

Spoiler: Adderall is never the long-term answer for hypersomnia + fatigue.

The second picture is me in December 2025 — now off Adderall longer than I was on it — with an airway that’s finally open, a tongue that stays where it belongs, and a deep understanding of how to breathe.

I took a lot of wrong turns. But when I finally committed to the hard brain-breath-body work — the kind that rewires patterns instead of masking symptoms — everything started to click.

You can’t medicate your way to a healthy airway.
You can’t dissociate your way into embodied truth. And you can’t fake understanding the power of your breath.

And I believe you when you say change feels hard.

It is hard!

It took me four decades to recognize what I’m capable of.

But I’m healthier at 41 than I ever was in my 20s or 30s — my breathing, mindset + tongue placement played a massive role in that transformation.

So let this be proof: you can always change.

I’m cheering you on every breath of the way.

Think of your breathing health as Jenga blocks — when you mess with them, the whole tower can tumble. The same is true with your health. The sneakiest altered breathing signs are like mid-level Jenga blocks being pulled. Left unchecked over time, they become base blocks — and that’s when your entire foundation is disrupted.

And because tongue rest posture plays such a critical role in functional breathing, I’m including tongue dysfunction symptoms as well — because they are often the true canary in the coal mine.

SYMPTOMS OF TONGUE + BREATHING DYSFUNCTION

Sneaky Emerging Signs
* recurrent ear infections
* enlarged tonsils or adenoids
* allergies
* tingling fingers or toes
* cold fingers or toes
* mouth breathing (when not talking)
* mouth breathing (when not drinking)
* mouth breathing (when not eating)
* burping after meals
* trouble swallowing pills
* super fast or super slow eating

Foundation-Altering Signs
* snoring
* tmjd
* high blood pressure
* breathing over 20 breaths per minute in adults
* inability to vocalize an “ahh” sound for 25+ seconds in adults
* clenching or grinding
* high anxiety
* forgetting to breathe

These signs don’t show up randomly — they follow patterns. Patterns of compensation. Patterns of survival. Patterns your body builds when the airway isn’t stable and breathing isn’t efficient.

If you recognize yourself or your child anywhere on this list, the answer isn’t “try harder to breathe through your nose.”

The answer is to restore the foundation.
