We will be offering the following group exercise classes, including a special pop-up class with Athena- Variable Intensity.

💦 Today at the Life Center YMCA, we welcomed dozens of young learners for SPLASH Day—and it was a water safety win! 🛟✨ As part of a YMCA of Greenville-wide effort, over 350 kids participated across our association, and we were proud to be one of the host sites teaching essential water safety skills like floating, wearing a life jacket, and helping others safely. 💙

The Life Center pool will be closed for a duration this Friday, 4:30pm-8pm for our lifeguards to attend an association wide in service and Saturday, 10am-2pm for Splash Day.
Aqua Fit class WILL be held on Saturday morning as regularly scheduled.
