The Ultimate power couple!

Gabriel and his wife Fernanda have been absolutely killing it since June!

Gabriel hurt his back and had to take some time off. This helped them both come to the realization they needed to take a step back and focus on their health and fitness journey.

Since then Gabriel has gained 6.6lbs of muscle and shredded 7% bodyfat.
His wife Fernanda gained 4.9 lbs of muscle and lost 6.6% bodyfat.
