What are YOU going to do about it, huh? I am not meaning to be mean, but the reality in today's America is that we are getting sicker - at every age. We see it in our office...younger and younger persons are coming down with debilitating mental illness and cancer, and "the good normal life" comes to a screeching halt!!

HEALTH DOESN'T GROW ON TREES, but you can grow it!! It will not come to those who do not work for it. Unfortunately we as Americans have adopted the mindset that if I just wait long enough, things will change...I can sit on my butt, eat what I want, live in toxic relationships and environment...and somehow I will be healthy. Dear, you will "reap what you sow"! Life does have "cause and effects!

So let's be positive...WHAT CAN YOU DO ABOUT THIS MESS?!! Yes, you can change it; you are not a victim (no one is!). It is all a matter of choice! Because you are reading this message, I know it isn't too late for you LOL. Here's what you can do...

Step 1: DECIDE that health is now your 2nd job, you will spend hours each day cultivating it.
Step 2: CHOOSE A TARGET that feels "easy" to begin with, like this week (an forever going forward) I will reduce my sugar intake. Begin reading labels and choosing your food and beverages wisely.
