Thank you all for getting the word out that we will be closing the 585 Tennessee Gas Road location for New Hope Medical Primary & Urgent Care Clinic. In an effort to continue to offer our beloved family (patients) the same compassionate care as we always have, after Wednesday of this week we will only be offering refills only. This is so we can move forward with the next phase of transition. We have to allow other companies such as utility companies and insurance companies the time they need to perform their jobs so we can start moving forward. We are sincerely and wholeheartedly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause any of you, but it is something we must do. We thank you all for allowing us the opportunity to care for you all. We will continue to pray for you all as we always have. And to all of our amazing family, that will continue to ride with us, we will see you soon, in Jesus name.

New Hope Medical Primary & Urgent Care Clinic has been operating for the past four years,
in Greenville, MS. We have adopted the mindset of caring for the whole person. Wellness is
not just about giving and receiving a prescription; rather, it is about individuals learning to
make healthy decisions that will forever impact while helping to change their life. At New
Hope Medical, we pride ourselves on loving and caring for all people, whether they are our
patients or not.

With that being said, it is with great sadness that we will be shutting down our Tennessee
Gas location. Due to this, we will be shutting down this location effective March 31st, 2025.
We will offer telehealth services to those individuals who still wish to be cared for by New
Hope Medical Primary & Urgent Care Clinic. We will be offering evening appointments to
accommodate working individuals. However, for those who wish to change to a different
provider while we transition to another location, we will be glad to accommodate you by
giving copies of your medical records. At this time, we do not have an actual location that
we will be moving to, we are still actively looking. However, we would still like to offer to
those who are willing to bear this burden with us, the opportunity to provide your
healthcare services via telehealth.
In closing, we hope that our challenge does not interfere with your health. We will do all we
can to help you stay healthy while we make this much needed transition.
