Did you know?

Applying gentle pressure over the eyes, such as an eye mask (or eye pillow) may help stimulate the Vagus Nerve, shifting you to a more calm state.

That’s one of the reasons why I recommend a nodpodofficial to clients during their massage. It’s like a gentle weighted blanket for your eyes.

Secondly, intense eye contact during massage is just uncomfortable for everyone. 🫣
