Erica is one our incredible BCBAs and what we call the “Mother Goose of Firefly.” Erica is always leading with heart and wisdom whether she’s guiding treatment plans or calming the chaos. She is part of the glue that keeps us all together!

Our team of therapists, doctors, and administrators are not only empathetic and kind but also experts in the developmental pediatric field. We’re devoted to understanding each patient’s unique needs, care plans, and learning styles!
