Roasted Okra - A seasonal 20 minute side dish!

-2 cups of okra, diced
-2 tbsp EVOO
-1/4 of a sweet onion, chopped
-3 cloves minced garlic
-1 tsp smoked paprika
-1 tsp sea salt
-1 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 325
Dice okra, onion and garlic
Add spices and oil to diced veggies in a small mixing bowl until fully incorporated
Spread out onto a greased baking sheet
Bake for 20 minutes or until crispy

Calling all of the ladies!! 📢

When I first set out to build a program for peri- and post-menopausal females, I could not have dreamed that it would grow and evolve into what is now a total powerhouse program FULL of personalized resources and expert contributions for the woman looking to find optimal health in this season of life.

Over the years, I have gotten the opportunity to offer functional nutrition counseling through perimenopause for clients in all ages and stages of the journey, and it has taught me what a truly holistic (comprehensive and all-encompassing) experience that it is.

My hope is that this new program will simplify the strategies for mastering menopause, and give women a way to both strive for and accurately measure their progress in one supportive place.
