As a friendly reminder, we kindly ask that you please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled under 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a non-refundable fee of 50% of the service total. Appointments canceled after the 24-hour window, as well as no-show appointments, will be charged a non-refundable fee of 100% of the service total.

To help us respect everyone’s time, Spruce Massage and Bodywork follows a three no-show policy. After your first no-show, your account will be noted in our system. You will then have two additional no-shows before future booking privileges are restricted.

If you arrive late to your appointment, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full service fee will apply.
