You are not too much, too loud, too abrasive. Dont dull yourself down to be more digestible. Show people who you really are and what is meant for you, will find you.

Things that are FOR you, you will never have to chase. You’ll never have to wonder if it loves you back.

If you find yourself wondering, ask yourself how you’re showing up. If how you’re living is aligned, it will never be wrong 💜

2024 has started off with a BANG & these are my non-negotiables going into this year.

I will only allow energy into my space that will enhance my life

I am no longer spending my time, energy & frequency with people who refuse to do better & be better

I no longer pour into people who let their excuses be louder than their desire for a better life

I will no longer let myself be depleted by others no matter how much I love and care about them

I love people but I love me even more- it’s not personal, it’s vibrational

Transformation

When I thought about my goals for 2023, I knew I wanted expansion but had NO CLUE what I was actually asking for.

2023 gave me transformation & expansion in ways I couldn’t have imagined. It was healing but not in the cute ways…. in “bust you open & see what’s inside” ways.

It set me off into an existential crisis that I didn’t even know I needed. I was stretched and shaped into something I couldn’t even recognize but yet it felt more like me than I could have imagined.

2023 brought growth like a sledgehammer pounding me into a million pieces that made me question if I’d make it out alive. Like putting together a jigsaw puzzle but if you had to throw away some of the pieces because not all the shapes fit anymore 😂

Transformation in ways that made me question who I was and what I was doing; transformation that made me unhinged.

I’m not going back to who I was- I am still evolving & I’m still discovering who I want to be. And every day I’m one step closer.

2024 i am in my unapologetic era. I’m in my love me or leave me- I’ll be just fine. This is my year of joy and my year of ME.

This is the era of teaching & guiding through “I’ll go first” & showing what it’s like to healing through LIVING.

And lemme tell you…

Ready or not, here I come 💜
