Project Rx: A River Remedy

Project Rx: A River Remedy Project Rx is a local collaboration of community groups to help keep our rivers and residents safe from unused medications through FREE and SAFE disposal.

PARTNERS: Bon Secours St. Francis Health System, Greenville County Sheriff's Office, Greenville Family Partnership, Greenville Technical College, Renewable Water Resources, and US Drug Enforcement Administration. SUPPORTERS: Greenville County Medical Society, Greenville Journal, Senior Action, Upstate Forever, Upstate Parent, and Whole Foods Market.

Saturday, April 29 is National Drug Take-Back Day! We encourage you to take unused or expired medications to any of our free, anonymous Project Rx drop-off sites, where they will be disposed of properly.

Through the generosity of our community partners, Project Rx is able to offer four 24/7 drop-off locations around the Upstate for you to visit at your convenience. Do your part to keep harmful pharmaceuticals out of our waterways by dropping off your drugs on Saturday, or any other day of the year!
