Yesterday, a group of residents from West Village Post Acute enjoyed a wonderful trip to Sky Top Apple Orchard! From picking apples to taking in the beautiful mountain views, it was the perfect fall outing filled with smiles and laughter. ❤️🍏

🌟 Therapy Spotlight: A Journey of Strength and Success! 🌟
We are thrilled to celebrate one of our incredible Residents who recently achieved her goal of safely returning home to her family! 💙
When she first arrived at West Village Post Acute, she could walk only 5 feet and required extensive assistance with daily self-care. But through her determination and the dedicated support of our amazing Physical and Occupational Therapy teams, she made remarkable progress.
Today, she walks unlimited distances and is independent with all activities of daily living (ADLs). Her journey is a true testament to the power of perseverance, expert care, and the healing environment we strive to provide every day.
👏 Please join us in congratulating her on this incredible milestone!
