Ever notice how some muscles always feel tight… no matter how much you stretch them? 🤔

Here’s the truth: tight muscles are usually weak muscles. They’re not “short” or “knotted” — they’re gripping for dear life because they don’t feel supported.

Think of it like this: if your muscles don’t have the strength to handle the load, they stay on guard. That “tight” feeling is your body’s built-in security system.

👉 The fix isn’t another round of stretching — it’s giving those muscles what they’re really asking for: strength, control, and stability. When they feel strong, they don’t need to hold on so tight.

We believe that rehabilitation, fitness, and health go hand-in-hand. We know that to provide a whole-body approach, time and attention is needed.

Unfortunately, the traditional healthcare model is dependent on treating a large number of patients in a short amount of time. It can be difficult to receive quality care in this type of environment.

Movement Solutions provides an alternative. We were founded on a patient-centered philosophy. We emphasize one to one care, service, and relationships. We spend the time needed to give excellent care. We make ourselves available to answer questions and take care of our patient’s needs. We enjoy getting to know our patients and strive to have their best interest at heart.
