As physical therapists, we see it all the time—small, consistent changes lead to a stronger, more resilient, and pain-free body.

These PT-approved tips are simple, doable, and actually make a difference.
Here’s how to support your body every day:

💧 Hydrate like a high-functioning houseplant
→ Half your body weight in ounces of water daily
→ Add 16–32 oz after tough workouts or PT sessions
→ Bonus: 3–5g creatine = better muscle recovery

🥗 Shift your nutrition
→ Aim for 150g protein/day for men, 100g for women
→ Protein supports recovery, lean muscle, and joint health

🛌 Prioritize recovery

We believe that rehabilitation, fitness, and health go hand-in-hand. We know that to provide a whole-body approach, time and attention is needed.

Unfortunately, the traditional healthcare model is dependent on treating a large number of patients in a short amount of time. It can be difficult to receive quality care in this type of environment.

Movement Solutions provides an alternative. We were founded on a patient-centered philosophy. We emphasize one to one care, service, and relationships. We spend the time needed to give excellent care. We make ourselves available to answer questions and take care of our patient’s needs. We enjoy getting to know our patients and strive to have their best interest at heart.
