We are so grateful to share that Greener Hill Psychiatric has officially reached our one-year anniversary of serving the Eastern NC community! 🎉

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to our patients for trusting us with your care, to our local therapists and providers for your collaboration, and to our community for welcoming us so warmly. 💚

It has been brought to our attention that some of our patients are receiving letters saying we are no longer in-network with AmeriHealth Caritas.

These letters were sent in error by AHC. We are simply updating our service address with them and it inadvertently triggered this automated process. We have spoken with this them AM and confirmed all is well.

Please disregard any letter you receive concerning this. Thank you!

Quick and important update:

Effective as of 4/28/2025, we will be in a new location! It is 3 buildings down from our current office, which should provide a little more room for us as we grow!

Please be patient with our phone services today - we are training a newly hired administrative assistant for the next 2-3 days, so phone calls will be a little slower being answered/returned until she is up to speed with our processes.

Our receptionist is unfortuantely not feeling well today and will be out sick. Our phone systems are expected to be slower than normal. Please allow up to 24 hours for a return call.

As always, the best and quickest way to reach your provider is by sending a message in the patient portal.
