Helping you expand your family isn’t just what we love to do, but it’s part of who we are. We’re a family, both at home and at work, of doctors, nurses, scientists, technicians, and administrators, all dedicated to helping you realize your dream of family. And with six locations in Greenville, Spartanburg, Asheville, Columbia, Summerville, and Mount Pleasant, we hope you'll find us close to home.

Family connects us all, and we welcome you into ours. Each of our nine fellowship-trained reproductive endocrinologists and infertility specialists went into this field for reasons they still hold dear. Very much part of a larger team, their role is to spend as much time as is necessary during each and every encounter to ensure that you remain confident, aware, and optimistic as you pursue the treatment approach just right for you. Our physicians understand that individualism demands options and strive to ensure that your experience at PREG is as informative and reassuring as it is empowering.

“I cannot recommend PREG Columbia enough.
Every appointment through the first trimester felt like a collaborative effort. They were patient with my endless questions and the anxiety that comes after previous losses.
Graduating with a healthy ‘grape’ was a moment I wasn’t sure I’d reach, and I owe so much of my peace of mind to this team. They truly specialize in turning fear into hope.” Tiffany

Miracle. Author. Advocate. 💫

Jayme’s story didn’t stop at IVF. It’s just the beginning of a life that’s already inspiring others across the country.
During National Infertility Awareness Week, we’re celebrating stories that are more than…
more than the journey, more than the wait, more than what anyone could ever imagine! 🧡

“My name is Crystal, and my husband, Jarrod, and I completed our IVF journey in 2017 through your practice. Today, we’re filled with heartfelt gratitude as we share an update on the life that journey made possible.

Our daughter, Jayme, is now seven years old and truly a miracle in our lives. At just six years old, she became a published author with two books available on Amazon. Her passion for kindness and advocacy has opened many doors—she has been recognized by Richland County Council with an official Resolution and received a proclamation from Mayor Daniel Rickenmann declaring February 18th as Jayme Hill’s Kidz Kindness Day in the City of Columbia, South Carolina.

Since then, Jayme has been traveling across the country speaking to schools and school boards about kindness, respect, and anti-bullying. Her journey has inspired many, and we are now working with a production team on a documentary that shares our IVF story and the blessing of Jayme’s life.

Thank you again for the role you played in our journey. We are forever grateful.”

“My husband Brett and I have dreamed of having children since the beginning. After a year of trying, I was diagnosed with PCOS and went through 10+ rounds of medication with no success. We were eventually referred to PREG in Columbia, and from our very first visit with Haley Pollack, NP, we knew we were in the right place.

After testing, we moved forward with IVF. Our team walked with us through every step, answering questions, calming fears, and treating us like family. In May 2025, we had our egg retrieval and were blessed with 17 embryos, 6 of which tested normal.

Our first transfer failed. Our second brought hope, but ended in a chemical pregnancy. Our third gave us incredible hope again… but we were met with heartbreaking loss.

Through every high and low, our team never left our side. They held us through the hardest moments and helped us keep hope when ours felt gone.

We are taking time to heal, but we are not giving up. We still believe our miracle is coming, just taking a little longer than we expected.” 🧡 Kayla

Orange is the official color of National Infertility Awareness Week. It symbolizes hope, strength, and visibility, bringing light to a journey that is often carried in silence. Wearing orange helps open conversations, break stigma, and create space for stories that deserve to be seen and understood. 🧡

Infertility is never just a diagnosis.
It’s the unseen parts of the journey…
the questions you carry, the hope you hold onto, the heartbreak, the strength, and the courage it takes to keep going.

This week, we honor every part of that journey, because you are 🧡

“I am so much more than my infertility chapter, it is not my entire story but it is one of my hardest, proudest, draining and rewarding chapters. It is a chapter that I would choose to live 100 times over to meet our miracle lucky charm & to give at least one person hope as they open their chapter.” Morgan (PREG Summerville)

“After a 5 year male factor infertility journey we are overjoyed to share our miracle baby girls story…

Let’s go back to where it all began. Our embryos were created and frozen in time in 2015.
Starting in 2022 after an infertility diagnosis in 2021 we were in the midst of the adoption process. We completed all of the steps to be home study approved and match ready with Nightlight Christian Adoptions. At that time we were on the list for domestic infant adoption.
About 2 years (2024) into our adoption journey, our hearts were pulled to switch to embryo adoption also through Nightlight Snowflakes Adoption. God immediately confirmed our decision as within just a short period of time we matched with a couple who graciously chose us to adopt their 6 remaining embryos. In November of 2024 the adoption was final! In January 2025 we began the IVF process. We did our first embryo transfer in February 2025 at PREG in Greenville,SC, but unfortunately that transfer ended in a devastating early loss. But GOD… We didn’t give up and neither did our doctors and nurses. In May 2025 we did our second embryo transfer at PREG in Greenville, SC with Dr.Payne and by the grace of God we got pregnant again. This time we were able to watch our beautiful baby grow and flourish into a happy healthy baby girl, Maybelle Jo. We cry every time we think about Gods Goodness. Our beautiful baby was born February 9, 2026 exactly 1 year after our first transfer.

So we share all of this to say, never stop praying!! We are praying and hoping that each and every person who desires to become a parent gets the opportunity too. We can’t thank the team at PREG enough for your kindness graciousness and dedication to helping us get our baby girl! We still have more embryos and are looking forward to working with the PREG team again.💖” Anna
