Our residents and staff have partnered in pairs to walk 100,000 steps in September! Our goal isn’t just a number! We are working together to stay well together! 💕

Our monthly Resident Council meeting was a success. Our new Resident Council co-presidents, Harry and Kathy, facilitated an informative meeting while navigating the council process. We are so fortunate to live in a community that values togetherness in engagement! 🤝

We were all hands on deck today! Our 1st edition of The Brookdale Post was delivered this morning! 🗞️ Our community hosted its very own Coffee & Conversation! We also enjoyed our Kitchen Thyme program today (we baked 48 cookies in all)! 🍪 And if that wasn't enough, we had our very own visit from the St. James Jammers! 🎸🎵 🎻 We sang, we clapped, and we laughed! It was a great afternoon! What a day! 😊

As summer nears its end, we settled the last statue during our Wednesday Gardening Club meeting. We also presented our dear friend, Richard, with a certificate of thanks and appreciation. We couldn’t have done it without him! 🙌
