🌟 Meet Mrs. Liz 🌟 We are excited for our patients and families to welcome Mrs. Liz with open arms to our AID-L SLP team! She graduated with her Master’s from Baylor University in 2022 and recently moved to Greenville, SC from Texas with her family. She has a background of working within the medical and school setting as well as the clinic setting as a graduate student.

1. What inspired you to become an SLP?Watching my grandmother struggle to communicate after her stroke inspired me to become an SLP. Even though I’ve chosen to work with kids, that experience made me realize how important communication is and how much of a difference it can make in people’s lives.

2. What’s your favorite thing about working at AID-L? I love having the ability to collaborate with other therapists in order to provide the best care for the families we serve.

2. Where did you grow up? Texas - we just moved to SC this summer!

3 What’s your favorite food/snack? Trail mix

4. What is your all time favorite movie? You’ve Got Mail

5. What’s your favorite thing to do in Greenville? I’m still exploring! I love Paris Mountain and the farmers’ markets in the area.

6. What’s your go-to coffee/tea order? Iced coffee

7. Do you have any pets? A Great Pyrenees/Golden Retriever mix named Major

🧠✨ CLUB SMILE LUNCH N’ LEARN RECAP!

Today’s event with Club Smile was one to remember! We were honored to welcome Tanner Smith and his amazing mom, Nicci, as our special guests. 🙂

Tanner shared his powerful story about living with Autism, how being in Love on the Spectrum and how having the right job and support system is helping him grow in independence, confidence, and essential life skills. 🙌

Hearing firsthand how Tanner is thriving as a young adult with special needs reminds us of the importance of inclusion, understanding, and opportunity in the workplace and within community! 💙🥹

Thank you, Tanner and Nicci, for inspiring us and showing what’s possible when support meets determination. Also, we want to extend a thank you to everyone who came wanting to learn more about Club Smile and listen to Tanner’s story 🌟

🗣️‼️ EXCITING NEWS‼️🗣️ We are relocating to a new space! Our last day of service in our current location will be Friday, August 1st, and we will reopen in our new clinic the afternoon of Monday, August 4th.

📣 For occupational and physical therapy services please contact ATS Kids for scheduling updates.

🗓️ Therapy sessions will continue as scheduled, but if you have any questions or need to discuss changes, please contact our Intake Coordinator. We’re happy to help ensure a smooth transition for your family!
