I have worked at Cypress Glen since June 2025.

What is your "why" for the role you have served & are serving?
love nursing, teaching and problem solving. The role of SDC allows me to combine all three in one. It allows me to make a difference while leading by example, being a helping hand to those around me, and giving inspiration through teaching and serving.

"How long have you been the in nursing industry? I have been in the nursing industry for 29 years.

How long have you worked at Cypress Glen? I have worked at Cypress Glen in my current role for one year. I worked at Cypress Glen previously, for 2 years as a charge nurse.

What is your "why" for the role you have served & are serving? I have a compassion to blend my clinical expertise with strategic leadership that will impact patient care on a broader scale. I believe in a positive environment for both my staff and residents The overall goal is to see our residents live their final days with the best care possible, and to see the staff cultivate every gift they have ensure our residents and their co-workers win.
