Orthopaedics East recently hosted an ASOP�2-Day Casting Workshop, offering hands-on training for providers and team members to strengthen their orthopedic care skills. ASOP stands for the American Society of Orthopedic Professionals, an organization dedicated to high-quality orthopedic education. Throughout the workshop, participants practiced proper casting techniques under expert instruction, gaining valuable experience and confidence. We’re excited to share a few fun behind-the-scenes photos from the event—our team had a great time learning, connecting, and getting their hands (and gloves) into the action!

Today we are excited to be participating in The Better Skills Job Fair at the Convention Center! What a great opportunity! Event info below!

The John M. Belk Endowment, Pitt Community College, Greenville ENC Alliance, East Carolina University, Pitt County Economic Development, Greenville-Pitt County Chamber of Commerce, City of Greenville, Cengage, and IBX Media are again sponsoring the Better Skills, Better Jobs Fair on Thursday, October 2 at the Greenville Convention Center. Community partners include Pitt County Schools, Greenville Utilities Commission, Tradesformers, East Carolina University, NC Coastal Society for Human Resource Management, NCWorks, ECU Health, and Koinonia Community Solutions.

Local high school students will visit the fair from 9:15 a.m. – noon. Job/Career Seekers will be able to visit with prospective employers and educational resources between the hours of 2:00 – 5:30 p.m.

In addition to visiting employers and resources, attendees may have FREE professional head shot photos taken on site from 2:00 – 5:30 p.m. This service is provided by BBB of Eastern Carolinas.
