It is with a full heart and a thankful mind that after 36 years, I announce my retirement from practice. I am the most blessed of doctors to have had an office full of engaged and grateful patients as well as caring, committed and fun team members.
I am confident that Dr. Alex Combs will continue the legacy of patient-centered care, adjusting, teaching and encouraging our amazing practice members.
After a short rest, I will be pursuing interests in helping bring two technologies to market in hopes of preventing the problems and pains we have seen over the years. While some call this period “retirement,” I am choosing to call these next years my “2.0.”
Thank you to those patients who have trusted me with their healthcare, those teammates through the years who put in long hours with smiles and clear intention, my friends and family who have encouraged me along the way, my beautiful Karen who has been my rock, and to my Jesus who has made all this possible.
It’s been “A Wonderful Life.” And I feel like a modern day George Bailey!
