An intentional step into 2026. ✨

Today, our management team kicked off the year with purpose, focusing on leadership, values, intentions, and support. Facilitated by Kim and Ian from Elevatr, the session centered on mindful leadership and mapping out how we lead, while learning how to move past the “headtrash” that can hold us back.

Because leadership isn’t cut and dry. It’s intentional. It’s exciting. It’s fun. And sometimes, it’s vulnerable. Investing in this kind of growth strengthens how we show up for one another and for the communities we serve.

🎉 Congratulations to our MWD Interns! 🎉

We’re proud to celebrate our 7 current Men’s Workforce Development interns who have earned their OSHA 30 certifications through Greenville Technical College 👏

This certification is more than a credential. It represents a strong commitment to workplace safety, professionalism, and career readiness. OSHA 30 equips our interns with the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed on job sites and build long-term careers in the skilled trades.

As our 12 Days of Blessings comes to a close, we want you to hear it directly from the people at the heart of this work. 🤍 Families who now have a safe place to call home and men rebuilding their lives through our Men’s Workforce Development program are coming together to say thank you.

This season showed us what’s possible when compassion meets action. Because of you, stability replaced uncertainty, opportunity followed perseverance, and hope took root across South Carolina. 💚

As we look toward the New Year, the work continues—and there’s still so much good we can do together. If this campaign moved you, consider making a gift, volunteering, or sharing our mission. Your support helps ensure hope doesn’t stop here. 💛

From all of us at Homes of Hope—and everyone in this video—thank you.
