Just a reminder again in case you missed it
We no longer send out electronic statements.
You will receive a text message with your balance. There will be a link attached to pay on our website. You do not need an invoice number or account number to make your payment.
You are welcome to call the office and pay balance over the phone.
And as always you can still mail a check too

Good morning everyone

Just some housekeeping rules that we need your help with 😎

We need you to confirm your scheduled dental appointments 48 hours prior to your appointment.
It’s so important for us as a practice!
We have several calls a day with people wanting to get scheduled. So you can see why confirmations are so important!

So this is our policy moving forward ~
If you do not confirm your dental appointment it will be removed from the schedule. We value your time and we ask you to value our time and schedule.

We appreciate you very much.
Now get those appointments CONFIRMED 👍🏻 😃

If you have a balance due after treatment we are sending it through texting or a call if you don’t have a cell phone.
