Seanrusselherman Movement & Mindset Coach Hello! My name is Sean, and Movement is my life. The MIND is everything, and the physical is just the gift. Mobility is longevity.

I created Musou Movement to teach and continue growing my holistic philosophy of health and fitness. I combine Martial Arts, Functional and Primal Movements, Acrobatics, Locomotion, Meditation and breath work. The importance of Adapting in Life. I am a lifelong surfer/skater, martial artist, and hockey player. I became a professional surfer at the age of 18 which opened the doors for me to travel, and immerse myself into different cultures all over the world. During this time, I began training Mixed Martial Arts and practicing meditation. It became an obsession, leading me to train with some of the best coaches and fighters in Martial Arts. After a knee injury, I began studying and integrating primal movements and movement philosophies into my daily life. I cured muscle imbalances, and improved my mental instabilities.

Coffee has always been my time to reflect, create, and manifest. The dedicated routine to check in. was built to be that special space to disconnect with the outside stressors and connect within yourself.

As an owner it’s very easy for something so close to my heart to be tainted by the team involved in running the show. Luckily I am blessed to have beautifully compassionate, and caring individuals working with me.

Most of my time is spent running and having the right family is significant in the success.

I’m missing two important people in this photo who are on our team but they are enjoying their saturdays off! Love you all thank you 🙏

Warming up through sequencing, starting less detail oriented then cleaning it up gradually.

After a couple of rounds of this my students are firing on all cylinders, making it much easier to absorb and perform difficult movements without any blockages. There is no “i can’t” in our studio and a lot of this is getting into the right headspace to train.

What is phase 1? Breathwork with light movement and visualizing. This gets us present and focused.
