Eastside Pediatric Dentistry is currently looking to hire a new team member. We are seeking an administrative assistant / dental assistant to join our office. If you enjoy working with children and have patience and understanding, this could be the ideal office for you. Experience is a plus but not a must. We are seeking an individual with proficiency in technical skills, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, and effective organizational skills. Additionally, we value problem-solving skills and attention to detail. We will also be cross-training for the front office. You will be utilized in both areas of the office. Eastside Pediatric Dentistry is looking for an administrative assistant.
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

-Answer phones
-Schedule and confirm appointments
-Explain treatment plans when necessary to the parents
-Handle a variety of tasks as needed
Qualifications:

-Basic knowledge of computers
-Knowledge of Eaglesoft is a plus

We are blessed to treat each patient and are proud you consider our office your dental home. While we all are experiencing this stressful time together, we wanted to reassure our patients and their families that we are taking every precaution to protect our patients, our team and our community. We will be continuing to follow the American Dental Association’s infection control procedures in our office. We have added even more rigorous disinfection of our entire office including the waiting rooms, restrooms, and front desk area.

Most importantly, we are reminding our staff and patients to please stay home if you are sick. Please rest assured that we will do everything in our power to keep you and our staff healthy. We greatly appreciate your help in accomplishing this goal and are certain that together, we will be able to provide both the safe environment and the quality care that you have come to expect from our practice.

MEET YOUR DOCTOR: Dr. G is a member of OKU and she graduated summa cm laude from NYU. She was born in Kerala, India and grew up in Muscat, Oman before she moved to Philadelphia in 2004. “I have been fortunate enough to live in different countries and experience different cultures”. Dr. G is married to Dr. Teny Gomez and they have 2 beautiful children Grace and Elijah. She moved to Greenville from Chicago, around 3 years ago and since has grown to love the city and the people here. She has been working with Dr. Head since this time. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and enjoys cooking South Indian food. She loves traveling, Malayalam cinema and will soon be starting her training in Bharathanatyam (classical Indian dance form)
