Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally flooded?
Box Breathing is a grounding and relaxation technique you can use anytime, anywhere.
How it works (4–4–4–4):
• Inhale for 4 seconds
• Hold for 4 seconds
• Exhale for 4 seconds
• Hold for 4 seconds
🔁 Repeat 3 times (or more if needed)
This steady rhythm helps calm the nervous system, slow racing thoughts, and bring your body back into a sense of safety and presence.
