This work is equal parts science, intuition, teamwork, and heart. I’m endlessly inspired by the dedication, wisdom, and compassion that IBCLCs bring to families every day.

❄️ Snow days, icy roads, and winter choosing chaos 😅

Due to winter weather and unsafe road conditions, we’ll be closed Monday & Tuesday for in-person visits. We are still available for telehealth which can still be a very productive way to receive help! 

Same focused support, plus coffee, kids, animals, and cozy chaos. ☕ 🐶🤍

How has your snow day been?! ❄️❄️

We have been in and out since 8:00 this morning 🙃 Hopefully we have seen the worst of it and won't see any further damage or power outages.

Nourish will be closed tomorrow due to the icy conditions. For current clients, our messaging portal is still open if you need anything!

Our phone lines will be open for new appointments.

For Tuesday families, we will call/text you tomorrow once we see how the weather and roads are looking.

This week I had the honor of seeing a family for the final time after walking alongside them for four years and three babies. 🤍

What a gift it has been to support their feeding journeys, to witness growth through different seasons of motherhood, and to be part of moments like these along the way. Watching a mother grow in confidence, intuition, and trust in herself is one of the most meaningful parts of this work.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of your story, Melissa. It has truly been an honor 🥹 🤍

Have you ever met someone who simply made you want to be a better, kinder, more joyful person? That was Adrienne. She had the most gentle spirit, accepting everyone exactly as they were and helping each of us discover more joy within ourselves and in the world around us.

The world will truly not be the same without you, Adrienne. Your presence has left a lasting imprint on all of us.

May we honor you by living as you did, leading with gentleness, choosing kindness, and finding joy wherever we can.
