Meet Rachel & Ruth 💕

These two first met back in 2017 at a Bradley birth class—and fate clearly had plans! They delivered their first babies on the same day, in neighboring hospital rooms 🤯💫

Since then, their beautiful journeys have stayed woven together in the most magical ways:

✨ Both became Nourish families in early 2018

✨ Each has two boys and two girls

✨ Rachel’s third and Ruth’s fourth arrived on the same date—this friendship must be fate! 💕

✨ And just this week, they realized their fourth babies were born one day apart

They ran into each other at Nourish during back-to-back appointments with Meredith—and it felt like no time had passed. Just joy, connection, and shared memories. 🥹

We’ve been blessed to be a part of each of their 8 feeding journeys—what an honor it’s been to walk alongside these families through the years. 💛

We’re honored to host a FREE monthly postpartum support group designed just for you — the tired, joyful, overwhelmed, and amazing mothers navigating the early days of parenting.

Join us for Grounded in Connection: Honoring the Realities and Joys of Motherhood, a supportive space led by Stacy Martin, LPC, LAC, a licensed therapist specializing in women’s mental health.

🗓️ First group meets Tuesday, 7/22/25

Each month, we’ll explore a meaningful topic — from identity shifts in motherhood to sleep deprivation, mental load, and the little joys worth celebrating. Group dates will be announced on the 1st of each month. Come as you are — babies welcome (pre-crawling, please!).

Please welcome Rachel to Team Nourish!

Rachel joined Nourish in June of 2025 as our newest Client Care Coordinator. Rachel serves as the first interaction our clients encounter when entering the office, and works to manage schedules and answer questions so every client is understood and cared for.

Rachel graduated from Clemson University in 2017 with a bachelors degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management, and completed her Holistic Health Coach certification in 2022. Before coming to Nourish, Rachel has worked as a medical assistant at a holistic health practice as well a nanny.

She currently resides in Greenville with her husband Joey.

Today was a special day! I have worked with Laurel and her family for 11 years and 5 babies 💕

Nourish is 11 yrs old this year so we've been together from the start. With her first baby when I knew a lot less than I do now to baby #5 where I think I know what I'm doing at this point? 😂

It's always an honor to see families with each of their children. It means so much that you continue to put your trust in me as your IBCLC 🤍
