F**K CANCER SALAD

1/3 cabbage
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-2 cucumbers
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 onion
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1/3 red cabbage
1 carrot
1 leek mandolin sliced
walnuts
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil

I don’t brag enough about how much I love the life I have lived. I have felt every emotion in the spectrum
I have traveled to places people dream of
And I have an amazing path God has paved for me.

Yes its been full of ups and downs
However it has also been so colorful and rich and so full of opportunity.

For sometime, about three years I was featured on several local publications in Long Island… I had the health columns by storm.

I was way ahead of time.
I was talking to people about the “truth about cancer” and “the truth about food” and “the truth about vaccines” and “the truth about the government” since 2006.
People either loved me or hated me.
And a lot of people thought I was literally crazy.

But I did and have manage to build a name for myself.
And I have had every door open for me. BUT.
I have had to prove myself. Because I am a latin woman and a whitewashed nation where preference has always been given based on skin color and last names.

This is where I am headed next.

I want to write again.
I want to be published.
Because the information I had back then was cutting edge and life saving and the information I have now is cutting edge and life saving.
