Love is certainly in the air at The Pines At Greenville! Our Valentine’s party was a huge success, filled with sweet treats, great company, and even better music.

A massive thank you to Ray Jackson for his incredible performance. He set the perfect mood and had everyone swaying to the music!

We also want to send a huge thank you to our wonderful community partners who made the day extra sweet!

Thank you to Deanna from Interim & Jane from Upstate Hospice for the sweet goodies they brought for everyone to enjoy, and to Dana from Pruitt for providing the delicious cupcakes!

Sunday Funday: Super Bowl Edition! 🏈

Even on her day off, our Activity Director Judy Odumodu couldn't stay away! She popped in this Sunday to throw an epic Super Bowl party for our residents. From the salty snacks to the gameday cheers, the energy was high!

We took a vote to see who the residents thought would take home the trophy. When the final tally was in, the Seahawks were the predicted winners!

And guess what? Our residents called it! They definitely know their football. 🏆

On Friday, the halls of The Pines At Greenville were looking extra bright! Our wonderful team members and residents joined forces to participate in National Wear Red Day.

Judy Odumodu helped make and place ruby-red ribbons on our team members and residents to help us raise awareness for heart disease and support the American Heart Association's Go Red movement. Staying heart-healthy is a priority for us, and we love coming together for a great cause!

Honoring the Heart of Our Fun: Judy Odumodu!

We are a little late in posting this because, honestly, it is hard to catch a woman who never stops moving! Last week was Activity Professionals Week, and we couldn’t let another day go by without celebrating our incredible Activity Director, Judy Odumodu.

If you wonder why Judy is so hard to find in photos, it’s because she is usually the selfless soul behind the camera, making sure every smile and special memory of our residents is captured forever.

Judy is exactly what our residents need. She has as loving heart that cares for every single person here and treats everyone like family. Her laugh that is truly infectious, and her smile lights up the entire room. Judy has such a fun and energetic personality that everyone adores!

Judy, thank you for being the energy and the heart of The Pines At Greenville. You make life here a celebration every single day! We are grateful for you!

There is nothing quite like the sound of a guitar and a beautiful song to brighten up the day! Our residents always light up when Mrs. Terry comes to visit.

Her music brings so much peace and joy to our halls. We are so grateful for the talent and heart she shares with us at The Pines At Greenville.

If you can’t beat winter... just eat it! 🍪🌞

The groundhogs may have predicted six more weeks of winter, but here at The Pines At Greenville, we didn’t let that dampen our spirits. We decided that if we have to deal with more winter, we might as well make it sweet!

Our residents had a blast transforming Nutter Butter cookies into adorable and delicious little groundhogs. Whether they were "predicting" spring or just looking for a tasty treat, the smiles were everywhere!

Six more weeks? Fine... we have cookies, cocoa and lots of love and smiles!

Who doesn’t love a little retail therapy? Especially when it’s at the famous "Bingo Store!"

Our residents work hard at having fun playing Bingo so they can spend their well-earned winnings on their favorite treats and treasures. From cozy snacks to beautiful trinkets, seeing the joy and pride on their faces as they "shop" is the highlight of our day!

At The Pines At Greenville, no amount of winter weather can stand between our residents and their favorite game!

The temperatures may have dropped outside, but the competition was heating up in here today. We all know that while Bingo is a blast, it is also "serious business" for our expert residents here! We wouldn't dream of missing a session for anything, so the markers were out, the cards were ready, and the "BINGO!" cheers were louder than the wind.

Who knew learning could be so much fun? Our residents love a good game of Bananagrams! It’s always a "peel-out" good time when the Bananagrams come out! 🍌 This game is always a huge hit at The Pines, bringing out plenty of smiles, laughter, and some seriously impressive word-building skills. It’s the perfect way to spend an afternoon with friends!
