What does this involve?
GOALS
We start by assessing your goals, things you’ve tried in the past, what is your current situation and where do you want your health journey to go.
PLAN
Once we know where you want to go, I’ll help you develop a plan to get there!
PROGRESS & PROCESS
Each week we’ll have a progress and check-in to see how things are going, and make any adjustments needed to your food intake, calories or macros.
ACCOUNTABILITY
I’m your coach, so if you’re having a bad day, week or month, thats ok! I’m here to help you, guide you and support you. This is NOT MEANT TO BE PERFECT, but rather a daily process that we go through together.
LIFE CHANGE
This is not a quick fix diet! HOWEVER, that doesn’t mean you won’t see quick results! We can set goals that help you lose weight quickly, but again, this is a life long set of skills I’m giving you vs. a quick fad diet.
I’ll show you how to eat, how to see food differently and how to create habits that last a life-time.
