The Power of Decisions:
The following is a great quote from Anthony Robbins: "It's not what we do once in a while that counts, but our consistent actions. And what is the father of all action? What ultimately determines who we become and where we go in life? The answer is our decisions. It's in these moments that our destiny is shaped. More than anything else, I believe our decisions -- not the conditions of our lives -- determine our destiny."
Everything we do counts. We make hundreds of decisions a day. Some are tiny and unconscious and some are large and life changing. But in my opinion, most are small decisions that do not seem life changing. We decide to brush our teeth, eat a good breakfast, or to exercise. All day long we make these types of decisions.
THEY ALL COUNT!
That's good news because we can take control of our lives from moment to moment.
You control more of your life than you have been led to believe.
Get informed about important things, decide on a plan for different aspects of your life, and take action. Take the tortoise approach to life. Most cannot make major changes in a week or a month. People over estimate what they can do in a month and underestimate what they can do in a decade.
Make decisions to consistently improve the way your body functions one week - one adjustment at a time. Make a decision to get your spine checked regularly instead of waiting for a crisis. Your body will thank you for it. So will those that depend on you.
