The Global Grief Conference 2026 begins tomorrow.

From April 24–26, 50 speakers will come together, each bringing their own perspective and passion for supporting people as they navigate grief. I’m honored to be part of this group and to share space with 49 other speakers throughout the weekend.

Finding Meaning in Loss: Mindfulness, Culture, and the Work of Grief

This won’t be heavy on teaching. It’s more of a reflective space to slow down, be present, and explore how we carry grief, how meaning begins to emerge, and how culture shapes that process.
