Would you like to have a relaxation tool literally at your fingertips? Would you like to have a way to soothe those you love? Are you ready for a deeper level of healing? I’d love to have you join us for Reiki Level 1 certification training!

Reiki is an energy healing modality that reduces stress and promotes relaxation and healing. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy.” So Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy.” Reiki opens the energetic channels in the body and promotes profound changes. After a Reiki I training attunement, students often experience an opening and development of their natural healing abilities.

In this class, you will:
Learn how to give Reiki treatments to yourself and your loved ones
Learn the history and principles of Reiki
Learn about energy and the energetic body
Receive an attunement - that will allow you to channel this loving/healing energy to yourself & others
Experience group practice sessions allowing you to give & receive Reiki
Learn hand positions for self-treatment and treatment of others

Participants receive a certificate of completion, a manual, and a special gift!
