One of the most common frustrations in chronic pain care is feeling like your pain isn’t believed, especially when scans look ‘normal.’
But pain doesn’t always show up on imaging, and that doesn’t make your experience any less real.
Chronic pain involves the nervous system and how the brain interprets signals, so what you feel matters.
At Wayne HealthCare Pain Management Center, we start by listening.
We take your pain seriously and work with you to build a plan that’s about restoring your life, not dismissing your experience.

Learn more about Pain Management. Wayne HealthCare is committed to providing a healthier way of life.

We love seeing physicians, policymakers, and hospital leaders come together. These conversations are so important to protecting access to care—especially in Ohio’s rural communities. Thank you to OSMA, Dr. Reiss, Rep. King, and hospital leadership for the dialogue and advocacy.

We love to see Ohio’s leaders engaging with Ohio medicine!

Last week, OSMA physician member and surgeon Dr. Alisha Reiss hosted a practice visit with Angie King, State Representative (District 84). These firsthand conversations help lawmakers better understand the realities physicians face and how policy decisions impact patient care across our state.

Thank you to Dr. Reiss and Rep. King for taking the time to connect and engage on issues affecting Ohio physicians and their patients.

Last night, a few of our employees, along with Gettysburg Rescue and Greenville Township Rescue, were honored by Wayne Healthcare for their part in saving the life of a gentleman who was experiencing cardiac arrest back in August. Chances of surviving cardiac arrest outside of a hospital are around 10-12%. Immediate bystander CPR significantly increases survival. Our team of Dispatchers and Deputies worked quickly and efficiently to get help to this gentleman, and because of their teamwork, he survived and is now home. Congratulations to Dispatcher Robert "Scoob" Cook, Dspatcher Josh Doolin, Dispatcher Taylor Parton; Sgt. Chris Clark, Deputy Jamie Joseph, Deputy Nolan Curtis, EMT Jared Elliot, EMT Gary Forte, EMT David Grilliot, Paramedic Mike Honeyman and Firefighter/EMT-I Christian Savage.
