Good afternoon,
Starting tomorrow, Wednesday, April 22, we will be reopening our clinics for patients that need face-to-face visits for their chronic conditions or recent illnesses. In doing so, we will screen patients for COVID 19 prior to entering either clinic. We will have separate facilities for cold like symptoms at both locations. We will continue telemedicine and home visits as needed.

Good morning to all! We will begin in house rapid testing for Covid 19 today in Rolling Fork and Greenville. We have a limited amount of tests so we will have to be very selective about who will be tested. We will have our RNs screening patients for symptoms and will limit the test to 1 per family/household. We are expecting to get more tests in within the next week. Please be patient with us as this testing is new and we are still working through our protocols to ensure the tests will be used in the best manor possible to take care of our existing patients.

Update!!! We just spoke with our medical supplier and we will have in house point of care COVID 19 test available next week. Results will take less than 10 minutes

Good morning all! As we enter another week of the pandemic, we wanted to reach out to our patients and, again, ask that you stay home. We have our complete staff working hard trying to reach out to all of our patients to take care of all your medical needs over the phone. Our Nurse Practitioners are busy making telemedicine calls. Dr. Oakes is continuing house calls for emergencies and for patients that need further work up. Please call us before going to the Emergency Room or for any of your healthcare needs. Within the next two weeks, we are hoping to have the capability to get point of care testing that will give results within 5-10 minutes.

Good morning to all! We are striving to take care of our patients in the best manner possible during this epidemic. We will still be speaking with patients over the phone to do full evaluations of their health. We are adding that Dr. Oakes will make house calls if deemed necessary by our care team within 24-48 hours of speaking with our Nurse Practitioners.

Good morning,
With the spread of COVID 19, we are preparing to ensure quality care for all of our patients. The state has asked that we try to keep patients home and treat them to the best of our ability from their primary residence. With that said, our offices are open and ready to take care of your needs as we go through this challenging time in healthcare. For the safety of you and our staff, we will be taking the following actions beginning March 16, 2020:
1) If you are experiencing cough, shortness of breath, fever, and upper respiratory symptoms please call our office for further instructions.
2) if you are in need of refills, please call our office for a visit over the phone with a Provider or Nurse Practitioner.
The state has allowed us to see patients via phone in order to keep patients home and to keep the virus from spreading. Please call with any questions and we will do our best to meet your healthcare needs throughout this crisis. Please make sure you are following good hand washing protocols and try to avoid any sick contacts throughout this time.
