☀️ Limit peak sun exposure between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. when UV rays are strongest.
👒 Wear protective clothing such as wide-brim hats, sunglasses and long sleeves.
🧴 Use broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30, and reapply every 2 hours or after swimming/sweating.
💦 Stay hydrated to help your skin stay healthy and recover from sun exposure.
🔥 Get your sun time in small increments to encourage gradual vitamin D production without burning.
