Are you eating enough fiber? Signs that you’re not consuming enough include:

▪️ Weight gain
🍴 Feeling hungry after eating
⬆️ High cholesterol
It’s recommended that women try to eat at least 21 to 25 grams of fiber a day. Men should consume at least 30 to 38 grams a day. Try adding more fruits and vegetables into your diet including beans, broccoli, berries, peas and lentils into your diet for more fiber.

Happy National Pecan Day! Pecans have healthy fats, protein and fiber, all which make for a great snack! They also have magnesium, potassium, calcium, copper and zinc. Pecans may help reduce cholesterol and the risk of heart disease due to their healthy fat content. I’m curious, do you pronounce them PEE-cans or puh-KAHNS?
