We want to wish a very happy birthday to this BOSS BABE. If you’ve ever gotten a service from you know how much passion and time and effort she puts into her work. As a Manager and Lead Aesthetician, she is constantly raising the bar for Renew Delta, and we cannot wait to see what all she implements in the near future.

It’s the end of an era here at One of our beloved aestheticians, Olivia, is moving to Alabama. Everyone please wish her a sweet farewell as we are heart broken to see her go. 🥹

Olivia, we truly cannot thank you enough for being such a crucial part of our growth for the past year and a half. You always stepped up tremendously when we needed you most. I know traveling from Greenwood each day wasn’t always easy, but it meant the world having you by our side throughout our journey so far. We wouldn’t be here today without you girl. Auburn is so lucky to have you but just know - you will always be part of the Renew Delta family & we hope to see your face again very very soon. Thank you again for your dedication & hard work over the past year and a half & for helping us reach milestones that have brought us here today. We love you & will miss you deeply!

Why is “wiggle room” important? ⬇️

When you try to stick to a strict diet where you are cutting out entire food groups and extremely restrict your intake, you are just setting yourself up for failure.

Why is that? Because if you cannot sustain what you are doing long term, it just simply put - will not work.

That’s why at Renew Delta, we teach our weight management clients to live by the 80/20 mindset. 80% of the time we are extremely focused on being consistent with our fitness & nutrition and we leave some wiggle room for the remaining 20% of our day!

This is approximately how long your Botox / Dysport should last.

Full effects of Botox & Dysport will be seen around 2 weeks. Everyone is different - some may kick in sooner than others, but the best rule of thumb is to wait the full 2 weeks to judge your results.

Your results will peak at 2 weeks and stay at its peak from week 2 through week 8 (on average).

After around 8 weeks you’ll notice it’s effects slowly start to return to normal.
