Sometimes the uncomfortable part isn’t the cold. It’s simply questioning what you thought you already knew.

Clarity usually shows up in those uncomfortable moments, and I’m here to share what I’ve learned.

And yes… owning a business called FRIGID while re-examining cold therapy still makes me laugh 😂 and maybe … cry … a little 😬
