-Must have a Bachelors Degree in social services or a related field and two years of experience.
-Will be required to make home visits quarterly and flexible schedule but available between 8 AM and 5 PM.

Surviving Sexual Abuse....why the silence continues

Apart from the shame, humiliation, and confusion; many survivors take their abuse to their grave because most know they will not be believed, questioned, ridiculed, and abandoned. Sharing their trauma will forever impact relationships-families will be divided and it will be because of the survivors disclosure...so when your survivor tells you...don't revictimize them by blaming them for not telling you or withholding love and affection...you are only confirming what they knew would happen.
