With the recent wildfire smoke affecting air quality in our area, we want to remind our asthmatic and allergy-sensitive patients to take extra precautions. Poor air quality can trigger asthma symptoms, including coughing, wheezing, and shortness of breath.

Tips to Stay Safe:
✅ Limit outdoor activities, especially strenuous exercise.
✅ Keep windows and doors closed to reduce smoke indoors.
✅ Use air purifiers if possible and run your HVAC system with clean filters.
✅ Wear an N95 mask if you must be outside for extended periods.
✅ Take your prescribed medications as directed and keep your rescue inhaler with you.
✅ Monitor air quality using resources like AirNow.gov.

If your symptoms worsen or you have concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Your respiratory health is our priority!
