April is stress awareness month. Stress happens. ALL THE TIME. Change happens. ALL THE TIME.
I do what I like. Change with the flow by not putting stringent deadlines. I accept when circumstances changes and adjust accordingly. This does not mean I don't have boundaries.
I am myself all the time, inside and out. What you see is what you get.
Best tool to reduce stress in my experience is Yoga. I love teaching it. I love spreading mindfulness practices and tools to bring some physical activity, activate the brain and the awareness of energy and nature and g*t the LOVE going around.

How you played as a child will give you an indication of what you like to do, what you are good at. I liked to "cook" with my great grandmother's herbs, be at the beach all day long, jump rope or elastics with friends, playing cards or group games with purpose. Ah, good times!!!

Topic of the day: Observe the feelings and allow them to arise. Sit with your perception of what lack of money feels to you. Allow yourself to feel it instead of running from it.
