It has been stated in Grey’s Medical text book, “structure dictates function”. The reason this is true is because our nervous system travels from our brain through the spinal column and to all parts of the body.

If there is a spinal misalignment or abnormal posture then there will be improper functioning of the nervous system. Restoration of normal upright posture leaves the nervous system with more energy for healing, thinking and metabolism.
