Colonial Lodge Assisted Living & Alzheimer's Care has been honored to care for the residents of Greater Hunt County since 1990! As a private, family owned & operated business, Colonial Lodge was created to provide seniors with the independence they desire with the supportive services they need. Our certified Alzheimer's and dementia care residence is the ONLY state licensed Alzheimer Facility in Hunt County. TenderCare is designed to enable residents to enjoy a warm, home-like setting in a safe and secure environment. The staff is specifically trained to care for the special needs of Alzheimer's and dementia residents. Stimulating activity programs are provided by our licensed staff and families are always encouraged to continue their involvement in their loved one's care. Our residents enjoy meals prepared by a licensed chef, housekeeping and laundry services, beautician weekly (included), utilities, transportation and much more. Several general practice and specialty physician's see their patient's during scheduled visits at TenderCare. Plus you'll find care and wellness services available, such as assistance with medications management, dressing, bathing, grooming and more.
